With 20+ years of product experience, I have demonstrated success improving retention, activation, and conversion metrics. I leverage a jobs to be done philosophy to solve real user needs. I'm data-informed, have a solid analytical mind, and advocate for lean product development principles. The team always comes first, and I support them by coaching, mentoring, or just helping get stuff done. Certifiably not an a-hole.

When I'm not working, you'll find me running marathons, riding mountain bikes, building cottages out of shipping containers, or chasing chickens around the backyard. I spend as much time as I can with my incredible family. I'm a proud cofounder of three amazing kids.
